By accessing and using Image Background Remover ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Use of the Service

You may use the Service to remove backgrounds from images that:

• You own or have the rights to edit
• Do not violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Are not defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable

3. Prohibited Uses

You may NOT use this Service to:

• Process images containing illegal content
• Infringe on intellectual property rights (copyrights, trademarks, etc.)
• Attempt to bypass rate limits, quotas, or security measures
• Use automated tools or scripts to abuse the service
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract our source code
• Resell or redistribute access to this Service as your own product

4. Rate Limits & Fair Use

Free users are limited to 40 images per month. This is a soft limit based on IP address. We reserve the right to adjust limits at any time to ensure fair access for all users.

Paid plans have higher or unlimited usage as described in their plan details. Abuse of fair use policies (e.g., using scripts to circumvent limits) may result in account suspension.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of all images you upload and process through the Service. We do not claim any rights to your content. The output (transparent PNG) is entirely yours to use as you see fit.

The Service itself — including its design, code, and branding — remains the property of Image Background Remover and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• That results will meet your specific expectations
• The accuracy of AI processing for every image type

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Image Background Remover shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Significant changes will be communicated through the Service interface.

These Terms are governed by applicable international laws without regard to conflict of law principles.
